Pop-up Wedding Days are the perfect option for couples looking for a unique wedding experience but still want a little 'traditional' with their non-traditional wedding. Celebrate your love story with your closest friends and family in an intimate and stylish setting. Taking place at fabulous locations throughout Calgary, Canmore, Banff and the surrounding areas, each Pop-up Wedding Day is designed to offer you a unique and memorable wedding experience with a fraction of the traditional cost. 

How is this possible? For an all-inclusive price, we set up one gorgeously styled ceremony for the day where we host up to five ceremonies throughout the day. But don’t worry! Your memorable and stylish ceremony moment is not shared - its exclusive to you! You still get your own private ceremony AND mini toasting reception. Only a portion of the costs and the actual date are shared.

With the shared expense you can have the intimate wedding of your dreams AND still have money left to travel, put towards a house, take the family to Disney or save for a rainy day. Prices range from $5,500 to $6,100 plus GST depending on which day you choose.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It really is a simple and stress-free process – we promise!

STEP 1

Pick your perfect styled pop-up wedding date & time.

STEP 2

Complete the online inquiry form to start the process: Pop-up Wedding Bookings

STEP 3

Based on the package chosen, you will receive an agreement as well as an invoice for the deposit. A 50% deposit is required upon receipt to hold your date and time. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your big day.

STEP 4

Your wedding coordinator will be in touch within 24-48 hours to set-up a time to meet. At that meeting your coordinator will take you through any options as well go over next steps and what to expect.

STEP 5

It’s time to do some fun stuff like invite your guests, decide what you will wear and pick-up your marriage license.

STEP 6

Your big day has arrived! Don’t stress over the little details; let us take care of everything!
You and your guests will be personally greeted upon arrival, no more than 30-minutes prior to the ceremony. Once the guests are seated, the music will start and your unique and private ceremony will begin! The order of ceremony will be:

♥  Exchange of Vows
♥  Exchange of Rings
♥  Presentation of the couple
♥  Recessional

Immediately following the ceremony, you and your invited family and friends will enjoy some time to celebrate at your mini pop-up reception featuring bubbly, savoury bites and sweet treats.
